Explore APPLY NOW VIRTUAL TOUR Computer Science Electrical and Computer Engineering Informatics Mechanical Engineering Engineering Degree Programs The School of Engineering and Computer Science maintains rigorous high standards, emphasizing quality teaching and a high level of interaction among faculty and students. Undergraduate ECS offers seven bachelor’s degrees across five areas of study as well as an opportunity to select from multiple dual degree tracks. Graduate Offering five master’s degrees and three doctoral degrees in addition to a joint M.B.A./M.E. program. Joint Baylor offers undergraduate students the option to select a dual degree track that allows up to six semester hours to be applied toward the degree requirements of both the bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Baylor University now offers an Online Masters in Computer Science for students with a bachelor’s in computer science or a math-focused undergrad degree. Moving away from a small town in Mexico to Houston as a kid, graduating high school and enrolling in community college classes, transferring to UTSA and finally arriving at Baylor, Lopez has a remarkable story that is rooted in a search for community that he found within his Baylor family in Waco. What many may have not considered is the work that goes on behind the scenes to make an approval decision within minutes. That work is done by computer scientists who have studied in the field of deep learning.
